A professional home inspection report includes findings related to the home’s roof, structure, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, attic, insulation, exterior, and other major systems. At BAM Home Inspections, reports also include photos, videos, explanations, and practical guidance to help buyers understand the condition of the home.

Most clients receive their report within approximately 24 hours of the inspection, allowing time to review findings and discuss next steps before inspection deadlines.
